How do I know the gems are real?
Every gemstone listed on SapphirePlaza must include a valid certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory. We have strict verification processes for sellers.
What are the fees for selling?
Creating an account and browsing is free. Sellers pay a small commission only when a successful sale is made. Please check our Seller Guidelines for detailed fee structures.
Can I return a gem if I don't like it?
Return policies are set by individual sellers. We encourage all buyers to review the seller's return policy carefully before making a purchase. However, if a gem is significantly not as described, our dispute resolution team will step in.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. SapphirePlaza uses industry-standard encryption for all transactions to ensure your financial data is secure.
How does the Sapphire Plaza Membership work?
Sapphire Plaza Membership provides dealers and sellers with powerful merchant tools, including your Own Shop storefront, Verified Member badge, automatic ad reposting, +10 additional images per ad (15 total), and monthly AD Boost credits to maximize your sales inquiries.
How quickly does my Ad Boost become active?
Boosting is activated instantly upon payment confirmation or when you apply one of your monthly member boost credits from your dashboard.
